Set out below are the seasonal costs for the use of our villa on a weekly basis in pounds sterling starting on Thursdays - however if you want to stay for two or more weeks you will be given a discount of 10% on the total cost. If you want a different start day of the week or for a period other than one or two weeks etc then please ask and we will try to arrange this for you, please check our availability chart for the up to date situation. You have the use of all the facilities at the Quinta but there is a small charge for use of the tennis court and for horse riding - you can arrange this with Fernando at the estate office.

Notes: the prices include maid service on alternate days except in July, August and September when it is daily (no maid service on Sundays) - electricity and gas is included except as below, linen and towels are supplied. Weeks falling in two pricing periods will be charged pro rata. During the period 01 November 2009 to 24 March 2010 inclusive electricity and firewood for the woodburner are charged extra. Members of the RSPB receive a discount of 10% at all times of the year irrespective of length of stay, but do not in addition receive the 10% two week booking discount.
