Set out below are the seasonal costs for the use of our villa on a weekly basis in pounds sterling starting on Thursdays - however if you want to stay for two or more weeks you will be given a discount of 10% on the total cost. If you want a different start day of the week or for a period other than one or two weeks etc then please ask and we will try to arrange this for you. You have the use of all the facilities at the Quinta but there is a small charge for use of the tennis court and for horse riding - you can arrange this with Fernando at the estate office.

Notes: the prices include maid service daily except Sunday, electricity and gas, linen and towels. During the period November to February inclusive electricity and firewood for the woodburner are charged extra. Members of the RSPB receive a 10% discount at all times of the year irrespective of length of stay.
